What is a call?
One prompt asked to one engine once. A run uses prompts × engines × repeats calls; every plan includes a monthly number across all your projects. Scheduled runs that do not fit are skipped and you get an e-mail.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Extra domains work the same way.
Which currency will I pay in?
Czech companies pay in CZK; everyone else in EUR. Payments in EUR are B2B only and require a valid EU VAT ID (reverse charge). Invoices are issued by HNK CZ s.r.o. and delivered by Stripe.
What happens when the trial ends?
The account becomes read-only: you keep your results but cannot run new measurements. Pick a plan to continue where you left off; data is kept for 30 days.
