How is a mention counted?

By the brand name and its alternative spellings in the answer text (whole words, accent-insensitive). A citation counts when the answer links to one of your domains. You can read every answer yourself.

Why ask the same question three times?

AI answers differently every time. Three repeats per prompt give a stable number; the trend over weeks is what you act on.

Do you cover Google AI Overviews?

Not yet — they have no API. Gemini with Google Search grounding is the closest proxy and is included in every plan.

Can an agency manage several clients?

Yes. One organisation per client (each with its own billing), or one organisation with several domains on Growth or Agency.
